Wind-Gear: a force to drive air mass from one place to another, and gives heat to water vapor.
And, this force comes from atmospheric pressure gradient caused by temperature
difference between two locations.
Water-Gear: a force to drive water vapor from low elevation to high, and produces rain.
And, this force comes form latent heat of water when it changes the state of the phase.
